THE POWER OF THE JADE HELIX

Groaning in protest, the blue box materialized on the red sands of Argon. The door opened, and a man in a blue suit emerged. He stood silently, gazing at the mystic wave of the jade helix, glowing in twilight skies, beneath the moons of Chandla.

Closing his eyes, he went into a trance. In his mind, he saw the Great Time Hall of Galifrey, He saw glimpses of his future selves--wincing: “Oh, still not ginger, how disappointing!” Then, he saw…Rose. Standing on the sands, looking out to sea..holding the Tardis key. The Doctor smiled. So, she missed him too.
