Seems like a pretty good fan fic to me. Trust me, I've seen dozens of fan fics, Torchwood and otherwise, which seem to be written by oversexed or seriously disturbed writers (or both), and also writers with no actual grasp of the characters or the television serial's continuity, and/or all the writing abilities of your average ten year old. Pay no attention to the fan fic snobs behind the curtain.... I enjoyed this, and it felt true to the characters and the series. Keep up the good work!
